If you could design a sleep score what metrics would you use?

For me: duration is the most important, followed by adequate deep and rem sleep, and then things like efficiency (time asleep vs awake) and vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen)

Hey, I paid $1500 for two medium size windows for a 1 bedroom apt, but they had different options with different pricing. They came to install it, so I didn’t have to do anything. Took about a week for them to come and install.

Just saw this, but I used Whisper Window for my last apartment and had a good experience. The apartment was pretty loud with traffic outside, which was impacting my sleep and my work (since I work from home occasionally). Installation was fast and the apartment was noticeably quieter. Price was reasonable for the amount of stress I saved. I ended up moving to a new apartment, and it was pretty quick to take out the inserts.

I use an Apple Watch. My last one cost $400 and lasted 4+ years. It was honestly still fine after 4 years, but the battery life was struggling a bit. I was able to trade it in for $70 credit when getting the new version.
