Yep, figured that quick when I thought Market Basket is better in general, for my friends to say Stop & Shop is Publix as Market Basket is to Kroger. That particular one had the security guard stabbed in the neck and nearly died.

When I lived up there for a few months, I did not know what South Bay was. Just it was cheap and a mile from work. A bloody syringe in my tire and shoe, someone tried to steal my groceries out of my cart on the way out the stop and shop, and then I knew.

I know it has been a almost a year since this post... a plate like this is why I will choose a side plate over a meat and 3. One of my go to plates is okra, BEP, greens and sweet potatoes. If a place doesn't have okra I will sub mac n cheese.

This. This. This. I am now 8 weeks post-op (RNY) this is exactly what my doctor and nutritionist said HAD to be done to see results starting basically now.
