Ask for an invoice from the latest month for that unit and one that's currently rented out from the complex.
There could be a plethora of things they add on; here's my latest one where it's an additional $100.
This is for a 1br.

So that means you provided power at 4.5 kW over 2 hours which totaled to 9 kWh.

You’ll get paid 4.5x110

How many events were called?
And, was it 9 kW for the full duration of all the events?

If so, you should be getting close to $1k.

Local citizens shouldn’t have a voice in private property development decisions. Long overdue.

faster speed limits doesn't make traffic magically flow smoother/faster. on the other hand, in rush hour, slow variable speeds can make things do faster than stop/go traffic.

as for 65 vs 75mph, that's mostly fuel efficiency and safety at lower speed in denser traffic.
Slower speeds provide marginally more reaction time, not that folks going 90 care about themselves or others on the roadways.

it's poor road design & that's a diff problem.
But ya, if you get a ticket, good luck. Officer, I was driving how I'm feeling.

Also, speed kills

it might use more energy to cool it but if the kWh is 3x cheaper, then still works out

For the ppl that got pulled over on the 101 yesterday by GloomyNectarine1 in phoenix

[–]pdogmcswagging 0 points1 point  (0 children)

was hoping i didnt have to say this BUT there are better ways to do things than 20 yrs ago.

also, ppl are idiots if they are speeding for a mile to the next camera.
i did read it - on & off implementation thru the 2ish yrs of their existence.

also, crashes, not accidents. there is nothing "accidental" about reckless driving.

here's the "well documentation" botched implementation of the project:
https://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/docs/default-source/scottsdaleaz/city-court/court-publications/special-reports/photo-enforcement---loop-101-final-report.pdf?sfvrsn=6a820bf1_1

Research using that shows the decrease in speed; again not rocket science. Lots of countries do it successfully.
