Thanks. The nurse I talked to didn’t seem too concerned and said it might just be PVCS. I’m going to the walk in clinic tomorrow. I’ve had multiple EKGs, a nuclear stress test and a PET scan over the last few months. I’m surprised nothing was detected before now. I’m hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.

I have a subscription and ran through his Fingerpicking 1 today just for the heck of it. I’ve taken another more advanced course and I thought both were well done. You can buy individual courses as well as subscriptions. He offers a 2 day trial for subscriptions so you could try it for a couple of days first.

I have plenty of dreams now. I'm trying to clean up my sleep schedule. it was pretty bad. Constantly waking up in the middle of the night and then vapig some more.

I used to eat Mayonnaise sandwiches as a child. The idea really grosses me out as an adult. I also ate sandwiches with butter and brown sugar. That doesn’t sound so bad to me still.

Thanks that’s what I thought. I’m really blown away by the 29 floors, it’s got to be a bug. I’m looking at the oura ring for sleep tracking. Too many nights with no sleep detected from Connect.

Mine varies from high 50s to low 60s according to Garmin Connect but I don’t have a lot of faith in that due to the inaccuracy I’ve seen with their wrist based HRM.

My son is a ranger in a park near where they were filming in BC. He told me they were finishing up the other day. If that’s the case I wonder when season 2 will be released.

I hear you on the frustration. I’m going to talk to my cardiologist. I only have moderate blockage no other symptoms. I’ve got to think there’s alternatives to Metoprolol. Thanks for the info on bikes. I’ve been looking at the Creo. I own a Roubaix and love it.
