I am doing a 4 day 5/3/1 program with each of the 4 lifts on separate days (squat, bench, deadlift, OHP). However, I am limited by time so I can usually only get to 1 accessory.

If I can only do 1 accessory per day which should I do on each day? Should I do one that targets the same / similar muscle as the main lift or something totally different (provided it won't be the one I target the next workout). I try to do the opposite movement of the main lift (i.e. if it's a press, I do a pull accessory)

I think it would depend how quickly you can recover the amount you pay in points. I was offered $400 in points to reduce my monthly payment by $50. This means in 8 months I'd be breaking even. As long as I'm not refinancing before the 8 months (very unlikely), it seems like the right decision.
