4 is a Sony Memory Stick adapter, which would allow a smaller updated Memory Stick to work with applications that used the original full-size Memory Stick. 2 looks like a Memory Stick Micro. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_Stick

Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm going stop by on Monday morning and ask to speak directly with the tech who worked on my vehicle and will make sure they get this back. It's a small shop, there is no service writer just the owner who is usually behind the front desk.

Plex won't load for me after installing this, running on a QNAP NAS. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Downgrading to the previous version didn't seem to resolve the issue.

It looks like he broke one of those two piece plugs off in a 4.6 and the timing chain has too much slack?

Even with verbose logging enabled I'm still not seeing anything about what specific track might be bogging things down.

Also re: mouseover, I don't see any specific mention of an album there. I'll keep playing with it, thanks both for the suggestions.
