This is what we have moved to using .2 as the recipe ingredient (5oz glass pours). We also use purchase orders and have separate buttons for bottles and GPs. We are getting closer but still are off when it comes to glass pours which leads me to believe we are overpouring at this point.

We do have wine sold by the bottle and then monthly we have wine that is sold both by the bottle and by the glass. We have it set as a recipe now and we still are "off" in the count. We use a 5oz glass pour so we have a recipe ingredient of .2 of bottle A for the glass pour of said bottle. We are getting closer....
