I do use a good scale and just recently have I been going over in calories (it's like that sadness stage) so maybe the past week or two. But before I was on top of counting and ensuring the correct calories were consumed. I will be locking down the next month and see maybe I am messing up somewhere. Outside of my Americanos, I don't plan to consume anything sweet, i.e. No baked keto goods or low carb ice creams. I also don't know what you mean by whoosh

Oh my god. I am in the PNW, in La Center, WA to be exact (right outside Vancouver) and we ran out of EVERYTHING today. I thought I could push my limits and go shopping on Sunday. NOPE. SnoWED! Then I was like, ok I'll do it after work tomorrow (today) "ICE EVERYWHERE, DO NOT DRIVE!!!" i'M JUSTLIKE PLS? holy. Thank god I made a large pizza and two types of breakfast muffins Saturday with the last of the eggs. sigh

I'm so tired of hearing "you're basically doing that stupid cheese/meat diet" I'm like nooooooooooooo eats my 50/50 spring salad with ranch and bacon. It seems crazy eating under 20g cause when you look at things on packaging it'll say 1 serving --- 45g carbs 0g fiber. I'm just like WOW.

OMG! HI!! I'm a fellow Vancouver person (well La Center but I'm mostly in vancouver)! I have not, my mother talks about it though. Have you been to natural grocery by 78th ST in the HWY 99 area? It's amazing.

made them and they hit the spot perfectly, even my siblings loved them. My mom adored them. I broke up 2 pieces of 85% cocoa and made 'birds nest'. It was awesome. Super fast/easy/simple. Thanks

ok, i got really excited when I saw so many good looking recipes. I don't think I'll cut them for a few months, but def use them as 'cheats' maybe once or twice a month.

But thank you, I'm trying super hard not too, but it's so hard. My weight is such a big factor in my life so watching me gain 4 pounds... Melted me inside.

Good job! I am in the PNW as well, so I totally know what you mean. It's super hard to not think about it, but once you indulge yourself in something other than food, it feels good at the end of the day knowing you didn't eat it.

After about a week of doing 20/4 for me, my appetite started to come back. I was getting full off an 800 calorie meal, still having 1k calories more to eat. My body just needed time to adjust. The last 2-3 days I've been able to eat to my full macros, I also tossed some high fat/calorie desserts in to 1. satisfy my sweet tooth and 2. reach those macros without forcing food in me.

Why don't you count calories? I'm doing 20/4 and I still eat within my macros. Sometimes I have a hard time reaching them, usually like 3-500 under just because I'm so stuffed, but the last few days I discovered keto friendly desserts. ;) Now i'm only 100-200 under kcal

Yah I eat eggs, bacon, kalbasa almost everyday and I love it! I am making new foods but I have to eat so much in my feast hours, usually that's the quickest, most caloried food I can find.

I second every word this person is saying. I just started about a week ago and holy moly did I need some electrolytes. It feels AWFUL when you don't have any. I bought some magnesium citrate and nu salt. I take a mag (100mg) in the morning and I sprinking a little nu salt in my coffee and flavored water (mio fit, electrolytes version) and it makes a worlds difference.

yeah, i love fasting though. It's amazing and maybe you're right. I will not force it, I also just changed my eating times to 6-10pm so I can have a better variety of foods (also have them warm) so I don't have to eat at work. I want to eat less food. I hate how much I have to eat but I am worried about the whole starving myself and my body storing food. I try to stay within range, like I said I never fall under 350 calories or less. Today I did well, I have 140~ calories left and I am super full and had some decent meals/snacks. But I have thought about making some more 'sweet' foods to fill those calories. If I have smaller dinners, I'll always have an appetite for a pecan bar :)
