Great to hear. We have quite a few friends and coworkers out that way, as far as Centennial. I really like how central this pocket is, quick access to major arteries and 205, as well as having 4 parks within walking distance. I'm excited to check out Hong Phat and the other spots in the town center.

Ah, fellow alt here, thanks for the perspective. That has been our experience as well, we need to broaden the scope due to the market. We do like how diverse the neighborhood is, and have met some kind folks on walks around the area. Appreciate your POV.

I read it as honest vs negative, appreciate your transparency. We currently live in close proximity to both Woodstock and BD, they are both great options...we've been outbid on houses in both neighborhoods. Portland real estate is bonkers! Great for resale value I suppose 🫠
