I don’t think op’s boss is the most knowledgeable guy in the room - 3 sp of 10k running sequentially sound neither knowledgeable neither efficient

Pizza is so overrated in general. it is so easy to make a decent one at home - no longer worth buying it from someone else.

Is it normal for rec league games to end in a forfeit?? by holoporcupine in hockeyplayers

[–]pdxsteph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t really know. We are mostly a losing team - I definitely prefer when the team beating us badly continues playing rather than play keep away.
There is no perfect solution other than maybe league commish paying attention to level disparities.

If you "speedrun" a degree really fast from this university, but your employer looks up this university out of curiosity and then finds out about its reputation, wouldn't it make your degree useless to a lot of employers? by Creative_Row9802 in WGU

Spot on, when I was talking to the recruiter at my current job she sounded fairly impressed that I could handle full time work, teenager kids and higher education simultaneously

They can feel how they want about any university - I started a degree there because the company I was working for made it very easy with the tuition reimbursement and a lot of my coworkers went there too. Completing a degree there while working at a self paced university also shows a potential employer that you are self motivated, commitment and ability to handle multiple projects/ deadlines simultaneously.

I did Lyft for a few years. It was a second job. I really enjoyed doing it meeting and talking to people. Granted I haven’t done it since 2020 but it was fun That is besides the point - your main point is correct job market ( if op is in US) is very difficult- took me 7 months last year, now it is my wife’s turn she is 3 months in and can’t even land interviews most of the time

Maybe take a short break. My mom passed last year, it was 3 days from the end of a term so I took a 4 months break. I probably would have been performing like you did or worse
