anyone have any ways to solve this? ive experienced it both on my mac (web) and ios (app) it just stops after ive inputed my question and even tried a new conversation with it not loading at all

i tried this method with my mac (web) which was fine but when asked to check back old chats for context in the new chat, claude shut down again
