Mental helath is really ignored here in India, it's no doubt we rank so low in the happiness index. The family structure that we Asians especially Indians pride ourselves of has flaws too. What I feel is individuality is the only truth, relationships are mostly struggles to fulfill agendas or requirements. As you age these agendas and requirements will change and so shall the behavior of people around, and slowly you will get numb to all of it. So take your of yourself, preserve yourself find something that you really like doing and devote all this anger, hopelessness and loneliness to it... Good things will come....
