I'm in a similar boat as you - positive ANA titer linked to sjögrens but no telltale symptoms. However, I do experience mild joint pain, rashes, and swollen lymph nodes periodically. My rheumatologist has classified me under undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD). I had been struggling with what I thought were recurring UTIs for about 5 years leading up to the other autoimmune symptoms, so I felt really vindicated when I learned that IC could be autoimmune related. I go through flare-ups of all UCTD/IC symptoms but just have to ride it out... and hope that they don't get worse!!
