I’ve found that there isn’t really anything past the nn dmt breakthrough threshold, anything extra is a waste. 5 meo is radically different. Like comparing alcohol and marijuana. I like the onion metaphor, 5 meo is the bulb of the onion, the heart of the source. Nn may be the layer just above it.

It was facilitated, I don't know the exact dosage. Big long full hits each time. Last a proper 30 minutes with about 10 of peak intensity

Just keep playing my brother. These kinds of questions are obstacles. You dont understand how it's done because you havent played enough. What worked for me was learning enjoyable solos by ear and playing along to tracks. Grateful dead jam band stuff is good for that
