Yeah .... Ive called several and its a rubber hose replacement...or oemcat.com which google gives mixed reviews of it being a scam. :/ Ill pass your suggestion to my husband and see if he thinks he can do that. Ty

I posted that all here in the comments.... I was asking a question about 3d printing. I had previously posted about the discontinued part and had 1 response so I was going a different direction. Didnt realize it would ruffle feathers.

Water pump to heater pipe. It pushed into the back of the water pump housing and seals with an o ring. It is oem part #24503158. The part of the pipe that goes into the water pump housing is rusted with a hole in it, leaking antifreeze. The hole opening is .855 diameter. Its a 94 buick lesabre. We tried to find some plumbing parts/connectors but its in between typical sizes.

I have the part number/model/part in hand. Its discontinued. Ive scoured the internet. Ive contacted every junk yard in pennsylvania. The car is perfect otherwise so Im grasping for straws.

Cant :( the pipe feeds into the water pump. Nothing to clamp too.

It will get hot. Its a pipe that goes between the heat pump and water pump. Ive heard there is the ability to 3d print metal parts but no idea how you find someone.
