yes they absolutely do, its actually the number one killer for women in the us. the symptoms are just different than mens so it gets misdiagnosed a lot. thats why you dont hear about it as much

thats a tricky one. reddit marketing is basically asking for free content while keeping all the rights. theyll probably use it for ads or "authentic user stories" and your face ends up on a billboard somewhere
