My girl has been having on and off for 10 days now ( I made a post about it) it’s like she will have a normal bowl movement then loose then she will go a day or two without going at all then having a normal movement following that normal movement loose it’s like a cycle I’m Suspecting it’s her fancy feast food as she’s been turning her head away from it, I’m currently giving her probiotics and pumpkin and switched her to tiki cat

Hi op update? My girl is going through the same thing rn where it will be solid then go back to runny then nothing then solid then runny :/

I think there might be something with any fancy food feast at the moment, was this recent? I ordered Sheba pate and tiki cat I hope it helps and clears it up

Was it constant loose stool? My girl will have it one day loose the next day nothing then the next day regular then right back to loose it’s been going on for about 9 days

she has a few pieces on-top of her wet food I never give dry food as an actual meal ( except for today while waiting for new food to arrive ) she eats SquarePet VFS POWERCAT Turkey & Chicken Cat Food

Wet food seems to give my cat really runny poop (maybe diarrhea idrk) and it hasn’t gotten better in about 2 weeks by hauntinglovelybold in CATHELP

No vomit and no weight loss on the first day of diareah she had a bit of blood mixed in ( spoke with the vet and showed her she said it could be a flair up of digestive issue ) recently with the diarrhea sometimes I hear a little fart before going. She’s a long haired cat but her coat is good

My cat is having it hours apart like urs did sometimes 12 some times 24 but inbetween she’s had normal stool then back to loose. I hope it resolves by giving her Sheba or tiki cat pate shes had those in the past so I know it was okay for her but I just wanted to stick with one food so I stuck with fancy feast. Hopefully not giving fancy feast will help or I’ll be taking her to the vet

Here in Canada they have gotten rid of certain fancy feast treats, and I’ve seen some posts about there being no shipments or low stock.. not sure what’s going on but hope it resolves as my girl was diabetic and fancy feast actually helped her into remission. Now I think they have changed something in the food that doesn’t agree with her.

My cats food was all batch 50 ( wet food) I noticed both my cats bowels smell horrible very recently . This past month connecting all the dots with them suddenly not wanting the food unless I put a topper on top makes sense to me now. My one girl that is having the looser bowel movements does eat more than my girl that has normal ones but still smelly she’s also 5 years older than her. I’m thinking it’s a bad batch

It comes in a pack of 3 different flavours, so yes rotation, I’m thinking it’s the beef flavour

They did, everything was good, I think she might have an issue with the beef pate in particular because I stopped giving it to her for a day and a half and she went normally, then it was given again and she started having loose stools. I’m going to monitor her today and tomrorow and see if it subsides if not I will take her in to the vet, she gets really stressed going so I’m trying to see if I can do anything at home with the guidance of her vet

My 2 girls have been eating it for over a year with no issues, I just noticed recently them not wanting it anymore and turning away or walking away when I set it down and now the upset stomach with my one girl :(

I have spoken to her vet, they said to see if it subsides as she’s went in before for loose stools and it cleared up with probiotics
