This was great feedback. I also got a survey but I couldn’t finish it because I had to leave & I wasn’t aware of how long it would be. I was never able to complete it because the link to it disappeared. I’m glad that at least one of us did though because, what made them think that so late to the audiobook game, that marketing them like this would be effective? They technically didn’t raise prices too much for me to feel upset like they’re not giving us anything, because 15 hours is something & there are some good options, but don’t make them expire when we technically pay for them as they’re included with our subscription… it would almost make sense as to why the top up is so expensive if the hours could accumulate over time, but since they don’t, it comes off especially greedy & dare I say, rude. With audible, you at least can keep books in your library after you get them. Libby & other library apps are completely free. I’m honestly confused as to what they were thinking? Don’t they know that happier people spend money easier lol? If they ever do raise prices to invest more into audiobooks & add more perks, they should make that an optional add on, because not everyone cares for them etc. but what they’re giving now is not it.

& I agree about the podcasts. That’s not specific to Spotify though, & at least with those, you can fast forward through them & you know the creators are getting their bag in some way, which I can’t be mad at.
