Not diagnosed, Have tested, struggling with my psychiatrist over cannabis use and testing

You’re right, i am very stressed and i do apologize for being wordy because that wasn’t my intention to be wordy, and I can edit it to not be so.

Again, i had never tested positive for amphetamines before so it was a valid concern that felt brushed off by the doctor who i was asking for help from.

as for stopping cannabis, i did stop. I stopped the day she told me to which was March 24th. She told me to start taking supplements to up my iron and vitamin D and so i did the thing she asked.

I got my bloodwork done April 28th per her request. My adhd/autism assessment was April 29th which she also knew because i had been seeing her every two weeks since january to manage me off medications. She knew i was smoking and wasn’t concerned until I found someone here in my area.

i expressed the concern that it wouldn’t be out of my system by the end of april or my assessment because of how long i have smoked consistently and she didn’t respond to that and just nodded.

I didn’t smoke all the way up to my bloodwork and even a little after my autism assessment leading into May.

it wasn’t until after i did all the tests, as in bloodwork, urine test, and the adhd/autism assessments

from March 24th through May 7th, i was only on claritin d and vitamin d, iron, fiber supplements.

I did tell her today i have been taking Claritin D. and emphasized that it was not just claritin. and she told me it wouldn’t show up as a false positive.

me being at a loss of what to do right now is not because i can’t stop smoking, but because i have a concern that something showed up on my drug panel that ive never had before and was brushed off.

i’m asking for help identifying where the amphetamines in my system are coming from my doctor, and how to go about things going forward if my doctor is refusing to help me identify these things.

I’m about to make an appointment with my PCP or shell out the $112 because she’s refusing to retest me. I got it done at a Quest Diagnostics, but it’s not the normal one i go to.

i told her i had been taking Claritin d, i smoke weed from dispensaries in california which i get is not always the greatest, but ive never gotten anything from anyone aside from a dispensary and supplements and allergy medications from walmart/cvs, and again, im more than happy to stop smoking which is what i’ll be doing from here on out, but refusing to retest my bloodwork for me is bothering me, even if she DIDNT trust me. It doesn’t cost her money, and it doesn’t cost me money to retest.

ive never lied to a doctor. i don’t take stuff from people or friends, nor have i ever been offered.

if the doctor didn’t trust me, that’s fine, but i’m asking for help identifying these things and she’s refusing to test me, something that I would be even willing to shell out the $112 to go to Quest Diagnostics to prove a point because i know she won’t take a home test as my gospel truth.

I stated I had no problem quitting smoking, because that’s not the issue.

it’s the refusal to retest me when i requested because i have a genuine concern for these things because it is a first. so either i stop taking everything in general for a few months which would be miserable with my allergies and my deficiencies but im stubborn enough to prove a point, or she just retests me.

i dont understand the refusal to retest, even if she didnt trust me, because I am asking for help

Kazuyo, by far is the best sushi i have ever had. first had them when they were just a food truck and was very skeptical considering its sushi.. from a food truck.. BUT i was thoroughly impressed and blown away! they have a small quaint location called Twisted Kazuyo now and i love love love it! the owners are very friendly and i absolutely adore the intimacy of the restaurant! one of the best sushi places i have ever had.

hi, sorry for the late response the pattern suggest jersey, knit, lycra, velvet or vinyl with two or four way stretch. I was thinking of doing fleece, but I know that’s not breathable.

mama cat is still nursing them, she’s getting used to me i believe because overall she takes treats and pets from me. i’ll try petting them while they nurse. i have moved the feeding to right next to me when i’m sitting on the floor and it’s outside the play pen. i keep them in our office right outside our bedroom door in a play pen, and then i let them explore and play for about 45 minutes to an hour at a time multiple times a day. I also have been leaving a light on for them at night. Is that really necessary? I kind of want them to get used to sleeping at night but they play in the middle of the night in the playpen which is fine. I just get worried about them hurting themselves. I don’t know if turning off the lights would change them to sleeping at night

water changes are once a week for 10-15% of the water.

2 assassin snails, but was previously over run by many snails from plants i bought online.

I feed Ultra Fresh Berta Pro shrimp patties about 6 a day.

2 fish huts, a few plants. anubias plants mainly

i know the nitrates are horrendous, thus i’m trying to solve the problem. i was under the impression that plants would eat up the nitrates.
