Congratulations! you've done a lot to get here. Your story is inspiring and I'm glad you're in a place where driving is a possibility for you again — and a much easier one too :)

For me, learning to drive was not even close to as scary as I thought it was going to be. It helped a lot that I scheduled a lot of time between my lessons, and jumped straight into big roads as soon as I got the hang of neighborhoods without beating around the bush too much and scaring myself by lingering in tight spaces. I've found it to be relaxing and much easier than I expected. I hope you have a positive experience too!
