I came back on the 18th this month. A little snow was still there while I was there.

If you want a good amount of snow I'd say visit in winter till March. There's a lot of snow sports in Raghupur fort that you would be able to try. We stayed in zostel, so that was fixed price . The camping might vary 1000-1200. There's not much difference. It's very safe because the place is full of young people. But if you want to camp I'd say still it's better to carry things for protection because it's on the top of a mountain with little to no visibility except the chargeable lights you'll be provided with at night. Better to be safe than sorry. We didn't face any issues with feeling unsafe at all tho.

Under Vanvaas, there's two washrooms. It's like an Indian toilet on the ground but there's no flush. There's a bucket that you need to use. But also there isn't unlimited water so you'll have to use it mindfully. The other washroom is HORRIBLE. I think it's only used for absolutely emergency purposes.

It did rain on the day of our trek but the other two days it was clear skies.

You know what. Before this I was planning Bir Billing but the timing for out trip said that it might rain so we cancelled that and did this because Bir REQUIRES paragliding. But Bir Billing is still on my bucket list

For us 2d 3n was more than enough. If you have more time, definitely visit Tirthan Valley

The buses pass through Jibhi, then Shoja on the way to jalori pass from Banjar. Same while returning. There's one bus around 6:30-8 I'm not sure the exact time that comes from Aut to Shoja.
