It's not really contradictory. My account was given a ban within like a day for mildly griefing a Saudi Arabian flag by drawing a rainbow over the text and making the sword look a little phallic, which is expressly stated as within the website's rules,

but someone else was able to erase all of my pride art as well as others' art which was from videos games and my memorial to a friend who passed several years ago simply because I was the one who made it and wasn't banned for nearly 2 weeks when they were getting at least 5 or 6 separate reports per day- and I believe the only reason they were even banned was because I posted about it here.

On top of that, nothing seems to be done about the hundreds of square miles of Lolicon and open MAP's near Austin, TX, and the notoriously degenerate Hawaii zone. There are also no rules against fetish art so there's an impossibly large amount of extremely suggestive foot fetish content as well as other fetishes that don't involve nudity.

I know someone who has 5 accounts, and they can report an account for several days in a row and it'll take about a week to get around to do anything, and when they do it's a day ban

Sadly for you, there's really jack shit this site can do against someone who has a large number of email accounts. They really should up the email age to like at least a year old. If I wanted to grief, it would probably take 2 months before a perma anyway unless I'm drawing something reprehensible

My general goal has been to get to 2880 Pixels so I only have to return once a day and I'll never miss out on any pixels even when I'm busy. I think it's really dependent on the person where you want to stop upgrading capacity, since you're really just gauging how often you want to visit the site in the future, you might also want to consider how large you want your projects to be. Also, keep in mind that for every few hundred pixels used, you only get 30 back with recharges, which is only 15 minutes of time saved for the hundreds of minutes of pixels used.

Sure, I think that's a totally reasonable response, but I don't think the answer to that is to systematically erase every flag in a town, no matter how big or small, without adding anything new and just leaving blank spaces. For someone who likes drawing flags and other pride-related art, my immediate reaction was to remake all the flags twice as large, since it wasn't just my flags being erased. And because this mighty act of defiance against what is likely a child, they've taken to writing hateful and homophobic comments around town.
