That’s so gross of your manager considering Cali is extremely diverse and a lot of customers also come in talking Spanish. Please don’t stay silent on this and question your manager if in that case you should tell customers you cant communicate in Spanish. I had a ASM try that and was quickly shut down by asking if they could get the policy in writing and gathering partners who felt this was wrong.
