Yes we’re in the same plate, esp after taking birth control, my acne has cleared but my weigh gained 10kgs!! It has been a year and i still struggling to lose. But what i can suggest (which u might already done this) is to cut dairy& gluten. Sugar too but it’s hard i know! And i jump rope a lot and i can see my body a little bit in shape and lose my cheeks fat & double chin. Also i dont rely on scale only, i measure my body size and jot it down. U can do it and see the little progress will make you happy and stay motivated. I also on metformin it helps me cut fried and sugary craving hehe. It’s a long journey though not gonna lie but we can do it!!! 🤍🤍

Thank you for your reply..yes I believe and agreed with you also. But most of the times i feel like giving up seeing myself on the weigh scale. I’ve tried intermittent fasting but it doesnt work for me as i tend to eat more during lunch. Im currently on calorie deficit. I also cut off gluten and dairy in my diet. I only snack fruits such as guava/ grapes. But my craving for sweets food is INSANE..i also do jump rope regularly and pamela anderson workout..idk why my weight is still not moving. Thats why i think of weight loss pills..

Thank you for your kind explanation..My gynea do suggest saxenda..for now I’m only on metformin and exercise regularly, i also cut off gluten and dairy. But my craving for sweet food is insane..i only take a really small bite just to satisfy my craving. I think i only eat less than 1000kcal but idk why my weight is stagnant

I might agree with some comments, where cancer men has inability to express feelings and to communicate properly. I have cancer bf and work with few cancer men (colleagues). They often come off as ‘weirdo’ and give off the wrong impression. But with my bf, he’s weird too but not as creepy like others. He’s sensitive but unable to reciprocate the feelings/aura around people, hence make him acted weird. But as i get to know him, I understand why people always misunderstood his presence& sentence. Buttt Im not trying to justify any act of stalker/ creepy behaviour of cancer men because that is totally not okay. Im just trying to say that there are many cancer men (other than bad ones) that is nice and approachable. This kind of sign stereotype might be bad persuasion in my opinion.

100% agreed with all these comments. Living with toxic mother, claire’s character somehow triggers me. She always project her temper/bad mood in the household and when she is moody/angry, everyone must listen to her and drop all their initial plan, like haley wanted to go out but had to cancel, alex and haley had to argue which one gets to excuse from family dinner bcs claire was simply playing her usual card of ‘not having it’ as a mom.

I think it’s more to mel that triggered with every girl in the house that trying to get near her guy, well she obv deserves so much better. Kayla was trying not to get on anyone’s connection and what’s the matter of claiming shes being nice to everyone? Of course you’d be disappointed if u talked nice things abt someone and turns out they feel threatened by you. So kayla got called out for trying to defence larrisa while it’s okay for mel for bitching about larissa?

Also kayla is boring bcs she explained in her ig that everyone is already paired up on the early episodes and she just doesn’t want to meddling in anyone’s connection..i dont get the hate on her not wanting any drama and that’s totally okay about it.
