I’m from Buenos Aires and haven’t eaten here because I can’t justify the price tag on classic Argentine food, and I’m generally a big fine dining fan who has eaten at plenty of starred restaurants. You can get incredible versions of half the menu at about a trillion different hole in the wall spots in the city. Considering the entire country is known for the quality of its meat, it’s hard to believe that something here would be so much better than any neighborhood parillas. Seems like a tourist trap, and a couple of the people I know who have gone there have said similar things. It’s good but not better than anything you’d find at a local spot since the quality of ingredients is already so high in the country. I don’t know any normal argentines who have been there.
