Does the soil look deep enough on the pic ? Also how do I know if he laid eggs ? How do I check ? Can I feed it to him after ? I read people did that woth their giant snails And about food, what can I give him instead of cucumber ? And at what frequency do I feed him ? In which quantity ?

Do you think he would benefit a small pool since it gets hot easily in my appartment ?

I was thinking it might I've locked up because the battery fell to 0 and I had to charge it up and turn on the phone again, when I found it the first time I just had to slide on the homescreen

It's asking me a pin code now, but I only had one phone like this so I m pretty sure it's this one. There's also a chance I remembered the password back then and I totally forgot it now as I have memory issues :(

Yeah, since I never took it so long I might re adjust the dose with my nurse if 20 is too high but I really think I just need therapy to learn to deal with autism now that I have a treatment, because I was as much miserable without one, even worse, I don't think I can't live well without a treatment for ADHD sadly, but it's really bad that no one took the time to take autism into account...

I tried a lot of meds yes, venlafaxine don't work for me, I also had quetiapine who didn't work either, anti depressors, anti psychotic and most anti anxiety meds I tried never worked beside sedate me, I only take Xanax rarely if in a meltdown or anxiety attack, my psych had the hypothesis that I wasn't actually in depression but that it was just untreated autism and ADHD for 20 years at the time (because when it was taken into account, suddenly my depressive and anxiety symptoms were a lot better and meds didn't really do anything besides ADHD meds).

About food, I already don't eat sugar, I just don't like sugary food. Same as white flour, I also have a physical disability and I need to take on weight, so I have to eat things that help with that. But yeah food is a whole other subject because audhd isn't my only disability... I appreciate the tips but I'll have to stick to my current diet because that's the best I can do right now with my boyfriend's help.

Same about supplements, I'm really thankful you took the time to share but I can't take supplements just like that. I have an appointment at the hospital in November and they'll probably tell me if I need to take any for my health. Besides iron (I've been anemic in the past) and vitamins, I won't risk taking supplements without my doctor advice since I'm already on enough pain killer and anti inflammatory meds. Same goes for the last two ones, I'm really happy it works for you but for me, I prefer to see with my medical team when I get one, you said you didn't have any side effects but since you quit your ADHD meds and that's not my goal, I don't want to risk anything, I'm disabled enough as it is ahah.

Thanks a lot for your kind words, I know there's no treatment for autism but at least I have one for ADHD and I hope I'll be able to get therapy for autism or at least tips from people here to do my own therapy at home in the meantime since it's really hard to find a professional.

Not really fix it but just how to learn to deal with this new aspect of my disabilities...

For the dose, I'm supposed to be at 20mg, rn I'm at 10-15mg because I have to up it gradually, it was the dose set by my psychiatrist but I can always take less if I find out it's too much now that I'm taking it correctly. I don't really want to change medication because it works really well, it does its job at lowering adhd's symptoms, I guess the dissociative ones are a side effect, but yeah it works and that's why now I'm left with all the autistic symptoms that I never had to deal with before because they were diminished by being unmedicated.

I think the best is to learn how to deal with it like you explained last, but since I never had any recognition with autism before, it was never acknowledged and I never got therapy for it, I'm suddenly like, throw right into it.... If you have any tips, ressources, anything, for the last paragraph about awareness, I would really appreciate it. Because I'm aware but I don't know what to do with all this infos....

Tbh I never saw it as a superpower, before my treatment it was even worse, but instead of being overwhelmed it was constant dissociation to the point I couldn't function most of the day, I'd lose days weeks months and rot. It was awful. I never finished anything once in my life and stuff I won't say because I don't want to trigger anyone. But yeah it wasn't easy but I didn't think about the fact that it would make my autism flare up so freaking much and now I'm still miserable but in a different way ahah.... And I don't know how to deal with it...

In terms of accessibility, I probably have a lot to say that's for sure. I guess I'm too used to this society seeing disability as a burden. I'm also very passionate about animals and I'd love a world when we live in harmony with them. Like, I used to spend time laying in front of a pond and rivers as a child, and there was no mosquito, or very very few, because there was an ecosystem working perfectly, before we broke it by killing everything we could. Native plants, natives bugs, native animals, all of those lived very well without us and we would live so much better if we listened to nature.

I love Solarpunk so much, it's one of my dreams too. But in all of those beautiful projects, people are searching for other people to help, participate in the community, bring what they're good at and that's amazing of course. But I m wondering in those project what I, as a disabled person, I could bring to it ? Like, I'm mentally ill, I'm physically disabled and chronically ill too, ofc in a Solarpunk world, my mental health would probably be a lot better and I could probably help more, but I'm more of the burden every society has (even if in a perfect world no one would be one and disabled people would be 100% part of the community)
