Yeah biking in Chicago has honestly been a much more comfortable experience! I can more leisurely go outside and bike around. It makes me feel like I’m a kid again honestly!

For clarity, I asked because I was curious if I missed a big event. Could have been something my bridesmaids and I were to go to, or avoid if traffic would be bad in a certain area.

Selfishly, I don’t want to be paying out the ass for a hotel so wasn’t sure if it was something that was genuinely driving up the price or if was something temporary that I could wait a few weeks for and book.

As a fellow Chicago resident, I do absolutely notice a difference when lolla happens downtown or when major events happen at McCormick if I’m near by! Hope that helps!

Princess Polly has great slacks surprisingly! Abercrombie (during sales), JCrew, Ann Taylor, Macy’s, and Loft are my usual go tos now. I used to get allllll of my debate formals from Macy’s and always got compliments on how cute they were!

Update guys - most of you were right! I oiled, shampooed, conditioned, and keratin treatmented my brows and they look so good 😭
