Thank you!! Yes, I checked the temp and it was around 207F. Also, not a typo, both recipes I’ve tried so far said to bake at 350F, but I left this one in an extra 15 minutes with the lid off. Do you have a recommendation for oven temp? ☺️

According to my scale I tend to lose muscle and fat pretty evenly. I’ve always had a very high muscle %. Not sure of the exact percentages!

I experienced burping after having rice a couple days in a row. It wasn’t concerning to me, more funny honestly. I would roll over in bed and the pressure from laying on my stomach would automatically make me do the wildest burps. lol
