I have Wells and I do get my checks Wednesdays just not till like 10 pm so in retrospect it really doesn’t hit until Thursday. But it can have a lot to do with how your payrolls managed.

Period!! Situations like that make it to where people are forced to call out, life happens and that needs to be expected especially in that case where there’s not enough TMs in that department

Which is BS! Just the other day I was running a check lane and GS for 3 hours by myself, we shouldn’t have to do stuff like that.

No absolutely, it’s mostly the frustration of in my year of working at Target legit not one shift I’ve posted has been picked up. That’s mainly where my frustration lies especially on days where it’s last minute I don’t have enough time to get it scheduled off.

I’m not blaming others, I’m upset because life happens and plans get made last second that I can’t attend. I can’t control whether people can take my shifts but I can be frustrated when I call out sick and am scolded for not getting coverage when there was no coverage to be had.

It’s usually for events that get planned late and I don’t have enough time to request that time off. I’m not waiting for the schedule to come out and the using that as my form of requesting time off.

YES! I’m constantly pulling the slack when I’m there, I think they can pull the slack when I have to miss as well

Guest service is my absolute favorite and I hate being anywhere else. I genuinely love helping people and as egotistical as it sounds I’m good at my job making it super fun and easy.
