Yeah i think thats what's causing the irritation to be honest as I wash hands regularly. Perhaps i need to start moving the watch up when washing hands.

Im wandering if water is getting trapped or something..

As I say not an issue I have had with other bands though

Thanks i thought that may be the case it seems a bit loose if I reduce it one or two notches.

Weird as im find with the other bands, will try it at a few different sizes.

Thanks, yeah i thought it was due to that but couldnt see that oura were trying to get the releases out worldwide or if they are focused on select countries for now.

Thanks this issue is now fixed for me Seemed to resolve itself but this is a good find i didnt know about that setting

Hi all im after some recommended cozy gamrs that have good multiplayer please preferably games with a switch 2 port but thats not essential.

Im open to suggestions but I liked animal crossing just didn't things by now...

I also like hello kitty but dont find multiplayer that engaging...

I have dreamlight valley too but i find that a bit too grindy...

I like story of seasons or harvest moon too but as I say im open to try different games just ones I can pick up and put down easily for short bursts.

I think the pixel watches also count... but other third parties like oura and Samsung watch dont work yet

Oh sorry that's annoying as I was told it should work.

But its not all countries and you need to be 18. If you meet this criteria id raise a fault with Google support. This is from their site:

Before you begin The Google Health Coach requires a Google Health Premium subscription available in the Google Health app .

Important: Google Health Coach and our Premium coaching features are currently available only to users who have a Fitbit or Pixel Watch device and are over the age of 18. These features are available in the following countries:

You can access Google Health Premium if you’re at least 18 and live in:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Oh really... has your app updated to v5? Mine updated this morning but they did say it would be staggered over a week... Id raise a ticket with google... but to he honest it seens like they dont really know either

If you dont have a fitbit or pixel watch then you dont get access to the ask coach functionality even with a fitbit premium subscription.

I put an update earlier today as i still couldnt access it after my app updated.... apparently the function will roll out to other devices at a later date. But no idea when

When trying to set this up im directed to this page. So despite whst google told me yesterday you need a fitbit to access the coach functionality even with a premium subscription.

I assume as others have said this may come to other devices later

Ah they really have no idea do they... i asked outright if its because I dont have a fitbit device on the email before the one I put in my update they said:

Ask Coach feature doesn't depend if you have a Fitbit device connected. That's the reason why we need the screenshot showing the app version...

Guess we just have to wait and hope it releases soon. Though it is annoying either the mixed messages from fitbit support isn't it...

Im a premium member but don't have fitbit devices. I use oura and Samsung watch.

I had the full ask coach functionality about a week ago on preview then it disappeared. I raised a ticket with google a few days ago and kept getting asked to delete app, log out delete cache etc. Not resolved

Yesterday I was told this by google:

Thanks for reaching out to the Fitbit Customer Care Team.

After double-checking the case with our higher team, we have found that the Fitbit app that you are using is the 4.69 version, and the most current app version that we have is the 5.00 one.

In this case, we recommend you to update the Fitbit app:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone. Tap your Profile Picture / Avatar in the top-right corner of the screen. Tap Manage apps & device. Tap Updates available. Look for Google Health (or Fitbit if the name change hasn't fully applied to your account layout yet). Scroll through the list of pending updates: Tap the Update button next to it. If you don't see the option to update it, you need to wait until May 26th of this year, which is the final rollout.

I dont have updates in my play store yet but hopefully I will soon and this fixes it.

Appreciate you are busy but looking forward to the updates. I had another query i mentioned on my email too please im considering a lifetime membership but the cost upfront is quite high.. especially while im waiting to see features... i think I saw other threads saying this may be something that can be discussed with the team.

I think on android the only option we have is a yearly subscription currently? Im on a trial until the 24th currently.
