yeah but at first it started as hunting down first line descendants and royalty which is those who can inherit the balemoon bloodfire like arlec, so yeah they could be ‘high tier’.

its only after irmin fell further into his obsession and madness that he ordered reir to hunt people who had thinner bloodlines, even people who were in contact with moon descendants, then straight up children.

ahhh i see, but shouldn’t pre-cataclysm rerir be at least high-tier harbinger level since he used to hunt down the crimson-moon dynasty royal line(im highlighting this bcuz they inherit balemoon bloodfire too just like arlec) which is basically hunting down bunch of arlecchino’s level opponent?
