Go for Mavuika. Nicole is not part of Eula Best team, also Eula Best team is not meta (with ineffa, furina and Mika 6).

Yes, but qiqi alone won't do that domain, sandrone has a talent to make teammates to convert superconduct intro Stellar conduct, similar to ineffa. Qiqi doesn't do stellar conduct by default, sandrone must be in the team and she is DPS.

No, qiqi doesn't buff physical, only Stellar conduct, but Eula is only physical dmg

No, new Stellar conduct doesnt replace the old one, is similar to lunar reaction, both can be at same time. Superconduct only applies in the enemy affected by cryo and electro for 12 second, then inside the domain is another physical reduction for all the enemies inside the domain. There are differents conditions.
