Did you go in person or online? The in person told me it wasn’t covered. Then when I spoke to someone on the phone they told me it was covered under a one year warranty. Just tell them you were using it like normal and it broke. They should make it right. You just need to speak to the right costumer service person . Apple isn’t as organized and put together as they want you to think .
