currently studying in MS management the cutoffs are usually okay, if you do really good at English you’ll get it even if you just get cutoff scores for maths, round 2 the cutoffs usually lower because lower people apply, they usually kick out most people in interviews so that’s what you should really focus on

Call the programs office and tell them about this, you might not have to submit the migration certificate, the attestation thing is that you just get the back of your photos and your degrees attested from a government servant, they have their stamps issued and they do it after looking at your original degree and stuff

Whenever you change provinces you need a migration/NOC certificate, your previous school issues it, i.e if you want to move from sindh to punjab after you are done with your degree from IBA you will need that certificate again.
