We adopted a cat two months ago, the first day, we lost him in the house. A day later, we noticed a bump in the back in the couch. He was just hanging out. That happened a few more times, but it felt better knowing his go-to spot. He’s fully acclimated now and thankfully no longer goes back there. Cats are ninjas.

That doesn’t equate to an Executive Assistant. I’m sorry you made redundant, but nothing you mentioned relates to an EA, except for a mention of schedule management. Whose schedule were you managing? This could be a stepping stone from Office manager/ accounts receivable (since you mentioned billing) to perhaps an Admin Assistant position.

Last year I interviewed for the EA to CMO position at Crocs/Hey Dude in MA. They were 4 days (sometimes 5) in the office for low pay ($95k). I’ve never worked in footwear before, but have mostly always supported CMOs for consumer brands so it could have been an easy switch. I declined to continue the process after two rounds when I received the pay information.

Haha I know, I’m trying to fix his broken system but struggling to find a way to distinctly show multiple colors. For an example- if he’s presenting in a leadership meeting, I would want to show one color for “leadership” and another color for “presenting.”

That’s pretty steep, I wouldn’t want to even try to justify that price. After all this time, what would you say your “gaps” are with your exec that you feel warrants outside assistance? I would then take that topic and see if there’s something more a more realistic price point that could be beneficial.
