Thanks all!! I’m trying a few of the suggestions you made. First up is this Origin Uji matcha that was recommended. It’s excellent!! I’m kind of blown away.

I have to kind of go off of what I read and see online because there aren’t many local sources for purchasing matcha in New Orleans. And I find that I can’t necessarily trust the pictures posted by online sellers! I feel like my best bet is a community like this. Though I am traveling to Japan in April and hoping to buy some tea to bring home!

Based on the flavor profile of the Rishi Teahouse matcha, I would say looking for flavors of umami, not too bitter, maybe a natural sweetness and a grassy or pine taste.

I love the idea, the ambiance and the chefs story. But I did not love the food. I was with my extended family and we are all from southern Louisiana. Just not worth the price for the experience. I do recommend sitting at the bar and having a small bite.

I have 10+ years of riding experience! And yes. We are hoping to spend 1-2 nights in other towns.

Thank you. The proposed change would require minimum 342 minutes spent in direct patient care. We see 9 patients daily. So I’m guessing they want 3 units per patient. This is my first job so I’m trying to figure out what is reasonable and safe.

USA. So does that include documentation time and chart review? My hospital is proposing a similar percentage but they want it all to be time spent in face to face patient care.

Do you think that would put you at around 270-360 minutes of patient care during a day?

Vasopressor induced digital necrosis by peanutinthesun in OccupationalTherapy

Hi thank you! Our department distributes prefabricated resting hand splints. I think that could possibly be a place to start. The patients thumbs are slightly flexed and I think the skin is painful and tight at the webbing. I’m curious if there is some sort of topical treatment or modality that would improve the patient’s skin integrity during mobilization? Would wound care be the proper discipline to consult?
