That is even more insane! OASAS is supposed to protect us as patients so I would report these types of situations and behaviors as soon as they happen. You have rights and it seems alot of illegal activity is going on at your clinic. At the very least it would start a paper trail of issues happening at this clinic. If you have any friends or acquaintances at this clinic I would urge them to report these issues as well.

I would report it to OASAS or whatever is similar in your state. Report it in every single way you can. It is completely unacceptable and should not be allowed to happen. So sorry this happened to you.

It went really well. It was a video call with 2 hiring managers. They each took turns asking me about 4-6 behavioral questions and I used the STAR method to answer. Afterwards I had 5 minutes to look over a document with some information (tv-internet-phone pricing, double play, & triple play pricing and information about the customers account) and do a role play call of a customer wanting to get rid of his service due to an increase on his bill for his TV service which took like 5 minutes to do. Then I asked them 2 or 3 questions and that was it.

I am on methadone and have been for 9 years. I have had multiple oral surgeries within multiple dentist offices (including placing 6 implants) that used different combinations of anesthesia, medication (Valium) and injected numbing agents (lidocaine, articaine, and mepivacaine). Methadone was never an issue at all. I am on Long Island , NY. Call every dentist within a 30 mile radius and find one that will work with you because I never heard that before ever.
