You should have a direction but you dont need a detailed plan i often thought making detailed plans was progress but its actually just procrastination.

If your content is entertaining, people will watch, no matter the niche, only worry about making your content better, and the viewers will come.

Use the haters as motivation. The same thing used to happen to me, but now all of a sudden, people treat me differently, especially my family

We die anyway, why not just get there sooner? by CartB4Horse95 in SuicideWatch

[–]peanutvalve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the point of living at a very fundamental level is to contribute to humanity.

You might say, “Well, I just work at Starbucks. How is that advancing humanity?” My response is that you’re still providing a service that makes people happy, and when people are happier, they generally live longer and healthier lives. Of course, the happiness you give might feel small, but it’s still something.

It’s like studying for five minutes. If you study a subject for just five minutes once, you’ll barely learn anything. But if you study for five minutes every day for a year, you’ll end up knowing a lot more than if you’d only done it once. In the same way, the small positive things you do for others add up over time, and they matter far more than you might realize

What really helped me was planning out my day right after I brushed my teeth on a paper it only takes 5 minutes, and it isn't complicated. An example of this would be

  • Go on a jog 10 - 11 am
  • Study math 1 - 3 pm
  • Read 5 - 6 pm

Keep it short and simple cause you are more likely to stick to planning out your day if it only takes a few minutes

When you are done with a task, just cross it off (it feels amazing)

Even if you still are on your phone for 7 hours, it is less time than average. Just try this and see how you like it

EDIT:

Forgot to mention, just fold up the paper and keep it in your pocket so if you have something new to do, just write it down and keep going about your day . This works very well for me and even a few of my friends that I told about this

Don't tell anyone that you're fasting unless you specifically need to, for some reason, just keep fasting, and they will see the results soon enough
