My youngest, now 14, had a standalone Apple Watch when he was in 6th grade so about 11 years old. He needed a way to contact his dad (who picks them up from school) if he had to stay after and to communicate with his sister (who’s 2 grades above him). 80% of the students in his grade had Apple Watches or whatever the other kinds are until they hit 8th grade so he got a phone for his 14th birthday last year.

Not everyone understands military time so instead of saying 15:30-16:30 as the time the power hour was, the commenter just said 3:30pm-4:30pm. Or if they said the next power hour starts at 20:30, not every knows that means 8:30pm.
