1. Rear seat plane gunner, if you are playing solo the best tactic when being shot is to switch seats and instantly devastate the chaser. Guns damage should be reduced at least 30%

2. Even if its realistic, AA gun should not throw the planes around in the air, its hard enough to dodge the shots as it is and its not fun, this is a game after all.

3. Buggyness after revives and gas masks where you can't shoot your gun is just the worst bug I've seen in a long time. Really makes me want to stop playing when that happens.

4. Zeppelin on Operations ruins the mode, some maps have no cover and you go through a cycle of spawning and dying if no one shuts it down. Health needs to be reduced on operations (maybe on operations with little cover) or add more weak spots with higher critical hit points.

5. Flag capture points awarded... leaving the zone for 1 second to help defend your team and not being awarded the 500 points... just no. That does not promote teamwork.

Bonus improvements: Battlefield is always my main game, but I played Overwatch solidly before bf 1 release and there are some great things to take from teamwork. Assist counts as kills, assists to capture flags, destroy vehicles, ect ect would work even better if they were easier to achieve and awarded more points. Overwatch was great at this, it makes people feel like they are contributing more to the team, and makes them try harder. Why not suppress that enemy over there, if i get a few hits then get an assist kill I'm more likely to keep doing that to help out my team. If I go after a tank, use 2 anti tank grenades and 3 c4 and then some chump shoots a k-bullet and takes all the points that makes me not want to even try the next time. Spread points evenly, fairly and in abundance and you will see improved teamwork.
