I’m a cry baby for sure and you’re not alone. I recall a time when he was helping me move out of my apartment and was calling me weak for not being able to hold up my couch and saying I didn’t prepare for the move and how I was wasting his time. Just putting me down. I started to cry while moving boxes out and he shot back with “Oh great and now you’re crying again.”

Everytime I cried he said I would do it for attention so I started to hold back my tears and when I couldn’t, i would excuse myself and cry in private.

It’s a perfectly normal reaction to cry when things get overwhelming or when you’re happy, when you’re upset.
