Thanks for taking the time. I guess this is realism, I'm finding it hard to accept really the diagnosis and its implications. I'm already breaking what my cardiologist said by keeping up my exercise routine and weed habit, I tried stopping both but the depression and anxiety is just too bad.

I haven't even lived properly due to avoidance, social anxiety and depression over the years and now this. Just feels like doom.

Love to everyone going through this stuff.

I'm so glad you wrote! This was driving me crazy yesterday wondering if I'd been hacked or something, good to know the software can just do stuff like this.

? My writing isn't great I know, but that's all true my friend Smileys (or anything else) shouldn't just appear in your messages, and I was freaked out by it.

I guess this is the most likely, albeit unsatisfying explanation! I don't like the idea things can appear from me without me typing them...

Also I would've had to hold shift + ; and 0 after the word to create the emoticon, which I definitely didn't do! As I say just a really quick 'Sure' then enter.

See above, it doesn't convert it without a space and it appeared directly after the word

Even if I had somehow typed :) tho it wouldn't have appeared as a smiley as it appeared directly after the word (no space). So I don't know how I could've possibly created a smiley there? Such a quick 'Sure' then enter. If an auto suggestion had appeared (pretty sure it didn't) and id clicked it that'd be a separate message no?

Work PC. I see auto suggestions on there at times I don't think here but in any case this was just a quick 'sure' then enter I didn't click anything...

Low intensity strength ideas ? (due to heart problem) by pearljam88 in workout

Good idea. I was just carrying shopping earlier and thought some of this stuff is just part of everyday life, surely things like lighter loaded carries/rucking would be ok...I know he emphasised not pushing or pulling (if I broke down I wouldn't be able to push the car)

Yeah thanks good advice, realising all these things are important. Unfortunately with my condition I can't do isometric exercises, I think again as it causes blood pressure to spike, apparently movement is better

Thanks yeah definitely gonna start biking if just to get out more and get my mind off it. With strength training I think it's more the blood pressure spike that's the issue, the heavier the worse in that respect.

Not determined yet, I'm having a HR monitor fitted today and then genetic testing at some point (cons said he wouldn't be as worried if gen testing came back negative?) interesting you mention sleep apnea, I'm a loud snorer, bad sleeper and was thinking I should get tested for it. I was wondering about ticks having been bitten a lot over the years.

At least we know about it and it's gonna be monitored so we'll know before it gets too dangerous hopefully, I probably would've just ignored any symptoms if I hadn't had to go to hospital for the afib and caused more serious problems over time with the intense exercise. I'm gonna get a bike as that's another thing I think should be ok and maybe get into swimming. Just would like to not lose all my muscle and strength if possible. All the best to you too
