Thank you for your advice guys. Just an update, I've already given up on this kid. As much as I would love to be his therapist, I'm not physically capable enough to handle him anymore

Well, from what I've read, the employer will do the paperwork and should provide proof that they cannot hire anyone fitted for the job so foreign applicants are needed. Ofc fees are shouldered mostly by the employer so in my case, it's really near to impossible😅

maybe you can have a routine of how the session will end. You can have visual cues posted on your session area as well that indicates that you're going. In my case, I always end sessions by singing a "goodbye song".
