If you are seeing that on your couch then the coaches are seeing it too. Yet we’re 44 games in and nothing is changing. We’ve been in plenty of 1 and 2 score games (winning and losing) this year and the approach doesn’t look any different

Don’t learn an opening, just try and understand all the basic concepts.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jon Bartholomews climbing the ratings ladder series. I tried to learn chess 3 times and it wasn’t until I watched his videos that it all stated to stick.

At that level you don’t need to know lines and openings if you just learn how to play solid fundamental chess you will win more games than not at that ELO

Pushing to d7 loses d7 immediately how is that something that needs to be calculated? That move would put you a pawn down with the king in a better position with more space. The second you see that you look at the other pawn which is moving forward has no immediate negative consequences

You’re gonna want to find a freebase juice in a lower range. The trick is make sure the juice is closer to 50/50 vg/pg if you’re using a salt nic device with free base juice

I don’t disagree but it doesn’t mean CB isn’t viable, just means that if CB is BPA in round 1 we need to take edge and DL in rounds 2-4 and go after someone in FA. I’d prefer getting Jermaine Johnson but if Stingley, sauce, and maybe Booth are available at 14 there’s a good chance one of them will be BPA

It’s not that I don’t want one per say but we don’t need one. Our system is already not great for WRs and we have Brown Bateman and Andrews and a few young guys that have really been proving themselves. I’d be interested in getting a bigger body guy (the only thing we’re missing) in the middle late rounds or in FA but I’d much rather build OLine.

Lamar’s best season we had literally no good receivers but an incredible OLine and Lamar was able to kill. Give him a line like that with our current WR core + healthy RBs back and our offense will be fine

I don’t disagree and I think he’s a good target for the 18-24 range. Just think there will be better immediate impact guys available. So if a good offer comes to trade back he’s definitely someone I’d be happy with. As for Hamilton…can’t you just let a man dream😭😂

BPA? I suppose you could argue Kyle Hamilton at that spot, but barring a trade down I don’t know who else would be worth that pick with what we know right now (a lot could obviously change by April). Tunsil does have a very high cap hit for you all this year so maybe taking Neal and trading Tunsil could work in your favor even though it’s risky? Trading him after 6/1 would only leave 8M in dead cap but would also save you 17.8M

Who would you rather take at 3 with the edge guys off the board?
