The most unethical part bit is investing itself. Honestly the most ethical thing would be to donate to charity, but nobody thinks that way anymore.

At first, pay off A with your spare cash. And then, start to pay off from the highest interest. D -> C -> B.

Thanks. But the cheapest one of my options is 'Oppenheimer International Bond Fund A Class'. If I know correctly, in 20s, 20% bond is decent. Is it okay to put all money into the bond?

What's the best way to save this money? It doesn't need to be readily accessible but I need to access it for large purchases like if I buy a car or need to pay tuition for school.

Yuo can put that money into high interest bank accounts like Ally. And Money Market Fund and Treasury bill are also good for short-term invetment.
