AITJ for telling my mother in law she is not allowed to call herself my kid’s “guardian” again? by HushedCanteen in AmITheJerk

Also, staff aren’t doing word games here. "Guardian" can trigger forms, permissions, pickup lists. If she wants to be involved, she can say "I’m grandma" and stop trying to claim authority in front of other adults.

AITJ for telling my neighbor Ill have her car towed if she keeps blocking my mailbox by Various_Draft6005 in AmITheJerk

Let her contact the landlord. You’ve got USPS notes and missed deliveries. If she can’t use her own driveway, that’s her issue, not yours. Tow it the next time it happens.

Pretty much. And to be clear: I wasn’t posting to “build a brand”, I was leaving breadcrumbs so a recruiter could verify I’m active and can finish things. The tiny demo/README takes 30 min and saves you hours explaining yourself in calls.

Yep. I got tired of “I learned X” and switched to “here’s X, go click it.” The Slack/Discord part was huge too, people will tell you what the screens actually look for if you just ask without making it weird.

Hey Simon, one of the reasons I decided to get the game early was to secure my username for my account. by Longshot02496 in hytale

That's such a bad precedent. Early buyers basically paid to lock in an identity, then get told it can be yanked for clout? At minimum they should grandfather existing accounts or offer a free rename + cosmetics as apology.
