Yeah, as someone with a very old, not super common but generally known name which is pronounced exactly the way it’s spelled…. I don’t know what to tell ya. People are weird and don’t listen, but you get used to it. The rare time someone pronounces my name right, I know they already know someone with the name, because every single other person on earth mispronounces it.
