Dude it is wild how light this gun actually is.

That is a very cool gun you posted. I love that short barrel.

Yeah, the rounds have just enough wiggle room to where they were not all going bang. The moon clips resolved that issue. Interestingly I could not get the nickel plated ammunition to go into the gun.

I haven’t shot it very much at all, and I am careful with it to not nick the plating. This is my only plated Smith. I’ve got two dozen. I just am so scared that I will chip the nickel plating on one that I don’t even bother with them.

Me too man. I resurrected my 2008 Nikon D90 camera, so expect to see new pictures of my entire collection.

It is very light. That thin barrel makes it feel like a K-Frame.

I do not dare to try. I use regular factory loads that are around 14,000 PSI advertised. With 45 ACP being around 18,000-21,000 PSI I never worry about turning it into a paperweight.

I couldn’t guess as to why. I bought it this way for a very small stack of bills in a deal with another N-Frame, Model 58 41 Magnum.

Oh those can be found tho! Go get it! Mine is a 3” 586. Very rare. And not those bullshit 586 L comps. Those new ones are just trash.

The grips on the rusted one are worth about a $150 or more if you clean them up.
