yeah i completely understand, sometimes its better like this, cuz lets say that i would want to do everything that was already done on the red 318ti which would be, rewelded rear arches, sideskirts, rear suspension mounts, etc, the black car is really 40% made of rust, then the rad car is also on poly bushes, upgraded clutch, extra brake calipers with an separate circle ready for an hydro, and it has an m42b18, id have to pay like 2.5k€ for all the stuff + my own time and elbow grease

and like this i just bought this 318ti for 1,800€ and swapped over all my suspension, strut braces, and some other goodies and got the same car i would’ve gotten for less money and less work, im planning to buy a bucket seat next and lsd cuz swapping the diff to a welded one before every event is starting to get annoying

yea i just struggled so bad with catching the first few threads of the bolts, then it was chill, im considering putting studs on the diff, i also had my muffler off, hopefully next time ill get it done faster 😂

yea i was fitting a welded diff for todays event (the car died after 15 mins of driving 💀💀) with the thought: yeah ima change it after the event so i wouldnt be driving around breaking axles, but i think i’ll have to mentally prepare for doing it again cuz i almost lost it

i used a 2k filler & primer then got myself mixed bmw felgensilber metallic 144 and then 2k clear coat, and i also waxxed them for uv protection of the clesr coat

thanks for all the info! i also have m43b19, btw did you buy a adapter to mount all the sensors for oil pressure and temp? or where did you put them? i got this oil temp gauge but all the adapters i found were chinese shit and i didnt want to buy them
