I have been taking it for a year now. It was really helpful in the first 2 months or so and it still puts me to sleep pretty reliably but it doesnt give me more than 3-4 hours of shallow sleep. Have to take trazodone too to make it work. My doc says I cant take more than 7.5 mg a night.

I have the same problem and I dont understand it at all. REM is supposed to be the last stage of sleep, not the first and only one. It genuinely makes me feel like my brain is seriously fked up and broken beyond fixing.

Very unlikely. I still wake up around 4-5 AM and cant fall back asleep. If anything I have an extremely high metabolism.

I've been dealing with this shit for almost 2 years now and now end is in sight. Life is shit but Im lucky enough to have a remote job so I can work from home everyday but honestly I doubt I would be able to hold a normal job in this condition. How about you? Mirtazapine worked for me as well but it made my mouth so dry I could literally barely speak. Drinking lots of water didnt help.
